“At One solution we understand that taking control of your cerebral wellness can be intimidating. We know you have questions before getting started or even during treatment, so we have compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions by patients like you. Have a question not listed here? 1. How do I pay for services?

Payment is due at the time of service. You may use commercial insurance, Credit or debit card, or Health Savings account. We do not accept Cash.

2. Do you take Insurance?

We accept most insurance plans, and we can help you learn about your plan’s coverage for mental healthcare and payment options

3. What If I do not have insurance?

Our cost for services for initial appointment is $250.00 and follow up $150.00. We also have an option for our addiction medication program specifically for Medication Assisted treatment. Please call to inquire about pricing.

4. Do you take medicare/Medicaid?

We see patients with Medicaid in our Bioloxi, MS location. We are not eligible for Medicaid or Medicare in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

5. Do you offer Medication Assisted Treatment?

Yes we offer suboxone, Subutex, Sublocade, naltrexone, vivitrol, acamprosate, disulfuram therapies

6. Do you offer telemedicine Services?

Yes we offer both in person and telemedicine services

7. Will I receive prescriptions at my appointment?

Yes, if your provider determines that your condition requires medication, they will discuss options with you

8. How are prescriptions sent to the pharmacy?

Prescriptions are sent electronically from your provider to your local pharmacy of choice that you provide

9. How do I make an appointment?

We prefer that you click on “request online appointment button” from here you will fill out your information and provide an Accurate email address. You will then receive in your email a Patient Portal Request from Simple Practice EHR. You will fill out all of the patient portal information and submit, then a team member will reach to you to discuss appointment scheduling and cost of visit.
